SPECIAL FINANCING PROGRAM FOR PA HOMEOWNERS
Nittany Oil Company has recently become an approved dealer/contractor for Keystone HELP (Home Energy Loan Program).
What is the Keystone Home Loan Energy Program?
Keystone HELP was created for Pennsylvania homeowners to improve energy efficiency in their homes. It's a fast and convenient financing program for high efficiency heating, air conditioning, insulation, windows, doors, siding, and other improvements. Keystone HELP is provided by AFC First Financial Corporation, a Pennsylvania lender and principally supported by the Pennsylvania Treasury Department, and helps make affordable energy efficiency available to all Pennsylvanias.

Who is Eligible?
All Pennsylvania homeowners who are making qualifying improvements to their primary residence or second home are eligible. Good credit and the ability to repay are required, however all income levels are eligible.
What Improvements can be Financed?
The Keystone HELP program is for ENERGYSTAR TM rated and other high efficiency and renewable energy improvements. All work can be financed if at least 65% of the project is comprised of the following:
