On September 22, 2010 Nittany Oil Co. hosted its Semi-Annual "Drive for the Cure" Golf Tournament. For every tournament held, Nittany Oil elects to raise funds for various charities. The most recent event raised $23,678 for the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk that benefits the American Cancer Society. Over the past ten years, Nittany Oil has donated over $100,000 for several organizations.
