After a month long fundraiser, Nittany MinitMart celebrated their arrival into the Galeton Community, by giving almost $4,000 to the Galeton Fireworks Committee. The more "BANG for your Buck" campaign was an effort to show Galeton how grateful Nittany MinitMart is to be a part of such a welcoming community. During the entire month of May, Nittany MinitMart donated 25¢ for every gallon of gas or diesel sold and also donated money for many of the food service items sold. In addition, Nittany MinitMart also received support from many vendors and they were able to donate money towards the cause as well. At the end of the fundraiser, the Galeton Nittany MinitMart was honored to present of check of $3,883. 45 to the Galeton Fireworks Committee while celebrating one last time with low gas prices and $1 slices of pizza.
